Maybe this topic was so simple it didn’t even need to be in the documentation or was a single sentence I missed, but for anyone else out there that may be curious, you just add the link to the chat-bot responses and it will populate as a link. My use-case is I am building a chat bot for our Facebook messenger that will simply offer links to specific chat bots for different services (or to our contact us bot to send the inquiry to a customer service rep).
