Customize Email Notifications?

Is there any way to customize the email notification for a chat?

I am thinking where you are using Tars to replace forms on your site. But when emailed, you want to display the questions asked in a particular order and add sub heads (etc) - so that the email is useable for the end user and not an unedited dump of everything on the form…

Example: I have a Tars chat conversation with 10 questions.

When emailed, I want to group the answers for 1,3 and 6 under a sub-heading, the answers to 2 and 4 under a different sub-heading (etc) - so I can style the end result email how I like.

Yes, you can do that using Zapier.

As @cathy metioned. This is possible using the Zapier Email Parser based Integration.

Basically you need to setup a Zap using the Zapier’s Email parser App, to extract the relevant data points from the TARS email notification. Once you extract those data points, you can use another Email Sending apps like MailChimp to Format a custom template mail which you can then send to your users.
