I think you want to make the bot with bot messages written in hindi.
Very simple, just type hindi text (or text of any language) in the bot messages, instead of English.

If you do not have a hindi keyboard, you can use an online hindi text editor like this one to write the text:

and copy paste it in the builder tool. Also make sure to set the language as Hindi in configure section. Check this article to see how:
