Hello, is it possible to implement on a landing page the option to send e.g. an e-book in the tars facebook messenger bot instad of in an email? You can see an example here.

Notifications in FB bots is not currently possible, but you can have the ebook link added in the bot conversation and direct the user to that bot instead.
