Is there any way to undeploy a bot so that it no longer shows on a website if we don’t have access to the website code?

The general approach currently is to duplicate the bot and erase the old version, so that it is under a new URL. Or you can delete everything from the first gambit and disconnect it. The message bubble will just repeat as if thrbot is typing forever. I suggest the first option though.

Do you mean you want to show nothing when someone goes to the Bot URL?
OR do you want to remove the bot from your website?

Don’t forget to download the data off of the first bot, if you want to store any of that information!
Yes - data is not copied when you clone the bot. So download the data first and then only delete any bot.
