403 Error When Loading Link from Distributor Tab

I tried searching for a thread that could answer this but I was not able to find anything.

Whenever I try to load the subdomain listed in the “Distribute” tab from the admin panel, the app never fully loads. It just shows the spinner.

When I check the chrome console, I can see there is a 403 error when contacting amazon.

Does anybody know how to resolve this?

@sbhooley Can you please share the link of the Bot. I think this may be happening because you have not deployed the Bot. But i will double check. Just ping us on the live chat (lower right corner of the page), with your bot link and we will resolve.
